All second-hand devices are sold "as-is" after quality inspection by our team.

Repaired devices must be collected within 30 days of completion notification. Uncollected devices may be treated as abandoned.
Warranty on repairs is limited to the specific issue repaired and does not cover new or unrelated faults.
5. Exchange Offer
Exchange value is determined by Sagar Mobile staff based on the device's condition, age, and current market value.
The exchange offer is not guaranteed and is subject to final inspection at the time of exchange.
Devices with physical damage, water damage, or tampered IMEI may be rejected for exchange.
6. Wholesale / Bulk Orders
Wholesale pricing is available to registered resellers and verified buyers only.
Bulk orders are non-refundable once confirmed and delivered.
Any defective units in bulk orders must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
7. Limitation of Liability
Sagar Mobile shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of products sold at our shop. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific product in question.
